This full-time position runs from ASAP through late May 2027, providing essential behavioral support services under BCBA supervision within a dynamic school setting. You’ll collaborate with educators and parents to enhance the learning environment and help students achieve positive outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience as an RBT in educational settings
  • Valid active or inactive (non-expired) RBT certification (must be verifiable via BACB)
  • Commitment to the full school-day schedule; no accommodations for late arrivals, early departures, or modified hours
  • Flexibility regarding school assignment notification and the interview/placement process
  • Reliable transportation for consistent attendance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with guidance from a supervising BCBA
  • Accurately collect and document behavioral/classroom data in real time
  • Support students with behavioral needs, which may include physical intervention and assistance with bathroom/toileting needs
  • Communicate progress and observations to team members and families
  • Maintain professionalism in a dynamic school environment and adapt to changing placements as needed
