Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Prior experience working with children or adolescents in a school or related setting preferred
• Familiarity with implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting student growth and development

Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, following individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Collect accurate data on student progress and behavioral responses
• Implement ABA strategies as directed to reinforce positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
• Assist with daily routines and adapt support based on each student’s unique needs
• Communicate regularly with educators, support staff, and families regarding student progress and concerns
• Maintain a safe, encouraging, and respectful classroom environment
