Step into a vital role supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician for the upcoming 2025-2026 academic year! This full-time contract opportunity centers around making a meaningful difference within a dedicated Satellite Program, offering behavioral support and encouragement to students as they grow and learn.

Daily hours are from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch, so you’ll experience a balanced schedule while working hands-on with up to 28 students. The position begins as soon as possible and extends through June 5, 2026.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis practices
  • Previous experience in a school setting or working with children/young adults is highly preferred
  • Ability to effectively engage, guide, and support students with varying behavioral needs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for teaming with educators and specialists
  • Commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive classroom environment

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver behavioral interventions and strategies as directed by supervising professionals
  • Provide support to classrooms throughout the instructional day and during lunch, ensuring continuity and a positive learning atmosphere
  • Accurately document behavioral data and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to address student goals
  • Contribute actively to team meetings and training sessions as needed
