As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll support learners in an engaging school environment throughout the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time, contract position runs from ASAP through June 5, 2026, with working hours from 8:30 am to 3 pm, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

You'll play a vital role within a satellite program, providing behavior support to classrooms with up to 28 students. Your expertise will make a positive impact both during instructional periods and lunchtime, helping students thrive and succeed each day.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working in a school setting preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with classroom teachers and other support staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Dedication to maintaining a supportive and inclusive classroom environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavioral support to students during instruction and meal times
• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising staff
• Foster positive student interactions and model proactive behavior strategies
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure consistent support across classrooms
• Maintain appropriate documentation and adhere to school policies and procedures
