Key Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience working in educational or school-based environments preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavioral intervention strategies
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a passion for working with children
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Role Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
  • Track and record data on student progress as outlined within student IEPs and behavior plans
  • Collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and school staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral strategies
  • Adapt interventions to meet evolving student needs
  • Provide support and guidance to students throughout the school day
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a positive and structured learning environment
  • Communicate regularly with staff and participate in team meetings as needed
