• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering one-on-one or small group ABA interventions to students
• Accurately recording and reporting data on student behavior and progress
• Assisting in the creation and adjustment of intervention strategies
• Working closely with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times within the school environment
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development as needed
