Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification required
  • Experience working in educational settings, preferably with children or adolescents
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 and small group ABA therapy sessions in alignment with individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Accurately collect and record data on student behavior and skill progression
  • Work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and caregivers to reinforce positive behavioral supports
  • Support the implementation of behavior intervention strategies and contribute to a supportive classroom environment
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
