Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification in good standing
  • Prior experience working with children or students in a school or clinical setting
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBA or supervisor
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Adaptable and patient with a genuine passion for supporting students with special needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct one-on-one or small group behavior intervention services
  • Collect reliable behavioral data and maintain client records
  • Follow treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Support students in building essential social, behavioral, and academic skills
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development as required
