Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification required
- Experience working in educational settings, preferably with children or adolescents

Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 and small group ABA therapy sessions in alignment with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Accurately collect and record data on student behavior and skill progression
- Work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and caregivers to reinforce positive behavioral supports
- Support the implementation of behavior intervention strategies and contribute to a supportive classroom environment
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
