Key Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification, recognized by the BACB
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Skilled in implementing behavior intervention plans and data collection
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to supporting students of varying abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and group behavioral interventions to students according to developed plans
• Collect and record data regarding student behaviors and progress
• Communicate regularly with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and school staff
• Assist in developing and adapting behavioral support strategies as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all school and district protocols
