Key Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working with children or young adults, preferably in a school or educational environment
• Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Strong communication, observation, and data collection skills
• Ability to implement behavioral intervention plans effectively and ethically
• Flexibility to adapt interventions to individual student needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and group behavioral support under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement tailored intervention strategies and collect relevant behavioral data
• Assist with developing, modifying, and tracking student progress towards behavioral goals
• Support classroom teachers and special education staff with behavioral management techniques
• Foster positive, therapeutic relationships with students and their families
• Maintain detailed records and ensure all interventions meet ethical and regulatory standards
• Participate in professional training and development as required
