Key Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification required

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one and group behavioral support under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement tailored intervention strategies and collect relevant behavioral data
- Assist with developing, modifying, and tracking student progress towards behavioral goals
- Support classroom teachers and special education staff with behavioral management techniques
- Foster positive, therapeutic relationships with students and their families
- Maintain detailed records and ensure all interventions meet ethical and regulatory standards
- Participate in professional training and development as required
