Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Prior experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to track, record, and report data accurately
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students receiving behavior intervention services
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA
  • Collect and document behavioral data in accordance with school and clinical protocols
  • Assist with developing social skills and appropriate behaviors in a school setting
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and parent communication as required
  • Adapt quickly to the dynamic needs of a classroom environment
