Licensed 1:1 Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Hillsboro, Oregon

You’ll work closely with educators and special education teams, using evidence-based strategies to implement behavior intervention plans and foster a positive learning environment. Your expertise and dedication will help students reach their full potential.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current RBT certification
• State licensure as required
• Experience working with children or adolescents in school settings
• Comfortable providing 1:1 behavioral support
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Flexibility to work with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions according to individual student plans
• Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress
• Work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
• Collaborate regularly with school personnel and families to discuss strategies and progress
• Adapt interventions as needed to support students’ unique needs
• Maintain confidentiality while ensuring the wellbeing of each student
