Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow treatment plans as directed by BCBA or supervising clinicians
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability in team environments
• Background check and any required state/federal clearances

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavioral interventions to students as outlined in individualized plans
• Collect and document data on student progress and behavioral occurrences
• Assist in developing and adapting strategies for improving targeted behaviors
• Work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and school staff
• Support classroom instruction and social integration of students
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Communicate regularly with parents, educators, and therapy teams
