Registered Behavior Technician in Hockessin, DE

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current RBT certification in good standing
• Experience working with school-age children or adolescents
• Familiarity with implementing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) strategies
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising clinicians
• Professionalism, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting children

Key Responsibilities:

• Work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to carry out behavior intervention plans
• Support students individually or in small groups in the classroom and throughout the school environment
• Collect and accurately record behavioral data and observations
• Assist with skill building activities geared toward academic and social development
• Communicate regularly and effectively with teachers, families, and clinical supervisors
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all educational and ethical guidelines
