Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – School-Based

Position Type: Full-Time (ASAP – End of School Year, with Summer Program and 2026–2027 School Year Continuation Potential)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a school-based role in Hockessin, Delaware. This position begins immediately and runs through the end of the current school year, with continued work available during the summer program and strong potential to extend into the 2026–2027 school year. Candidates must have prior school-based experience and hold an active RBT certification at the time of submission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students in a school-based setting
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
• Collect and maintain accurate behavioral and academic data
• Support students’ social, emotional, and academic growth
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff
• Maintain a structured, safe, and supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
• Prior school-based RBT experience (required)
• Strong pediatric/elementary experience (required)
• Ability to work onsite full-time
• Excellent communication, behavior management, and organizational skills
