You’ll collaborate closely with educators, behavior analysts, and families to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and track student progress.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification required
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children, ideally within a special education or classroom setting
  • Solid understanding of ABA therapy principles and practical application
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, colleagues, and families
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for accurate data collection and documentation
  • Adaptability and a compassionate, patient demeanor

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one or small-group ABA therapy sessions as outlined in students’ individualized plans
  • Record and monitor behavior data, reporting progress to supervising BCBA and school staff
  • Support classroom teachers in adapting instruction and environment to meet students’ behavioral needs
  • Participate in team meetings and planning sessions to review student outcomes and refine interventions
  • Foster a supportive, safe space where every child can thrive academically and socially
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethical standards at all times
