Registered Behavior Technician in Honoraville, AL

We are seeking three full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in elementary and middle school settings at a school located in Honoraville, AL. This contract position offers the opportunity to work one-on-one or with small groups, tailored to your skills and preferences.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working in school settings preferred
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans effectively
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators and families
• Flexibility to work with either elementary or middle school students based on assignment

Location:

• Honoraville, AL

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavior therapy and intervention services to students
• Collect and document data related to student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to support individualized education goals
• Support social, academic, and behavioral development in school environments
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions
