In this contract role, you will work directly with a caseload of 5-6 elementary-aged students, partnering closely with district Behavior Technicians and Aides. Your expertise will help shape positive behavioral outcomes and support students in reaching their full potential.

Qualifications:

  • Active and current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience providing direct behavior support, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with staff and students
  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
  • Ability to adapt and respond to the varying needs of elementary-aged students

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct behavior intervention services to elementary students as outlined in individualized plans
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors for ongoing assessment
  • Collaborate with school staff to support students’ behavioral and academic goals
  • Provide guidance and modeling of strategies for classroom personnel as appropriate
  • Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards while working with students and school teams
