Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational or behavioral health settings
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and data collection
- Adaptability when supporting a diverse range of students
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards
Role Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to foster positive behavioral change
- Collect, track, and report data on student progress
- Support classroom management efforts and encourage prosocial skills
- Participate in regular training, supervision, and professional development activities
