Skills & Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Experience providing one-on-one or group behavioral interventions in educational settings preferred
  • Ability to implement and document Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, parents, and other support staff
  • Detail-oriented, compassionate, and adaptable to varied student needs
  • Familiarity with data collection, progress monitoring, and behavior intervention strategies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Deliver direct instruction and support to students in classrooms and other school environments
  • Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress
  • Collaborate with education staff to support inclusion and promote positive behavioral change
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and school district policies
