Make an immediate impact in the lives of students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a contract role supporting school-aged learners with behavioral needs. This position offers the chance to work in a collaborative educational setting, providing direct one-on-one or small group interventions and making a significant difference each day.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational or behavioral health settings
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and data collection
  • Adaptability when supporting a diverse range of students
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards

Role Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to foster positive behavioral change
  • Collect, track, and report data on student progress
  • Support classroom management efforts and encourage prosocial skills
  • Participate in regular training, supervision, and professional development activities
