Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children and adolescents in school or clinical settings is preferred
• Ability to implement ABA-based interventions as directed by a supervising BCBA
• Strong communication, organization, and data collection skills
• Passion for helping students achieve their developmental and educational goals
• Comfort working collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:
