Registered Behavior Technician - Huntsville, AL

Make a difference in K-12 student support as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Huntsville, AL! Schedules are consistent, following the standard hours for elementary, middle, and high school. You’ll need to be comfortable working the full school day and supporting students, including those with toileting or physical support needs.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• 1–2 years of RBT experience in a school or similar setting
• Current or previously active RBT certification (expired certifications not accepted; verification required through BACB)
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and classroom data collection
• Experience supporting students requiring physical intervention
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance record
• Comfortable assisting with all student care needs

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Documenting and collecting behavioral and classroom data
• Supporting teachers and school teams with student needs
• Providing one-on-one and group support
• Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
• Responding flexibly to changing assignments and schedules
