What You’ll Bring:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician in a school setting
  • Active or inactive (non-expired) RBT certification; expired certifications cannot be accepted
  • Proficiency in collecting, managing, and reporting behavioral or classroom data
  • Background supporting students needing physical intervention and/or bathroom/toileting assistance
  • Reliable transportation and a strong track record of punctuality and attendance
  • Flexibility with assignment process and school placement notification timelines

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver behavior intervention services under BCBA supervision, tailored to individual student needs
  • Monitor and document student progress with consistent data collection and reporting
  • Implement intervention strategies, behavior plans, and support protocols as directed
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and therapists to cultivate supportive educational environments
  • Assist with toileting, mobility, and physical support for students as needed
