Soliant is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a school district in Alabama for the 2026–2027 school year. Position Details:

  • Full-time, school-based position
  • 2026–2027 school year
  • Caseload assigned based on experience and district needs

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA or designated supervisor
  • Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support to students
  • Collect accurate behavioral data and maintain documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, therapists, and families
  • Assist students with social, communication, behavioral, and academic goals
  • Foster a safe, structured, and positive learning environment

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience working with children in a school, ABA, or pediatric setting preferred
  • Ability to pass required background checks and district onboarding requirements
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
