Located in Indianapolis, IN, this contract opportunity is ideal for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking to support K-12 students in a school setting for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. Working standard school day hours (35-40 hours per week) aligned with the school bell schedule, this role offers meaningful work with 1:1 or 2:1 caseloads tailored to various student support needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions under BCBA supervision
  • Support students with individualized behavior plans across multiple caseloads
  • Collaborate effectively with educators and clinical staff
  • Utilize crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed
  • Maintain accurate data and documentation in compliance with school guidelines

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in school-based ABA roles
  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician credential (inactive status accepted; BCBA supervision facilitated)
  • Crisis intervention and de-escalation training completed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with teamwork orientation
  • Reliable transportation to commute to school locations
