Step into a meaningful contract position as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) serving school-aged students near Indianapolis, IN. This impactful role supports the educational environment by assisting students with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral needs, fostering positive growth and learning outcomes.

Your expertise will help implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Become a key collaborator with school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams, creating inclusive and supportive settings for student success.

Ideal candidates possess:

  • Active RBT credential through the BACB.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school or educational setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Understanding of ABA principles and data collection procedures.
  • Dedication to ethical and compassionate care.
  • School-based RBT experience is highly desirable but not required.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver one-on-one or small group ABA interventions as outlined in student plans.
  • Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress and behaviors.
  • Adapt interventions based on feedback from BCBAs and educators.
  • Contribute to the development of individualized education plans.
  • Communicate student progress and findings with families and school teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all school regulations and protocols.
