Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Indianapolis, Indiana

This role seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a school setting in Indianapolis, IN on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help students achieve their individualized goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one therapy and data collection to students with behavioral needs
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs
• Monitor progress and communicate changes or concerns with the clinical team
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure consistent support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current RBT certification
• Experience working in school settings preferred
• Ability to build rapport with children and adapt to diverse learning needs
• Strong communication and data tracking skills
