A contract opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide essential behavioral support and intervention services in a school setting located in Jackson, MS. This role focuses on implementing behavior plans and working under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to assist students in achieving academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students with behavioral challenges
  • Collect data on student progress and behaviors for analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support student development
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in all interactions
  • Participate in training and professional development activities as required

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
  • Experience working within school environments preferred
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to student-focused advocacy and support
