What We’re Looking For:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
• Background in school-based or clinical settings a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and other classroom support staff
• Compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to student needs
• Strong organizational and observational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions to assigned students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect relevant data
• Support students’ growth within both group and individual settings in a middle school classroom
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with teachers and other support professionals to reinforce positive behaviors and learning goals
• Monitor and document progress, providing feedback as needed to both the team and supervising clinician
• Adapt to shifting classroom needs with professionalism and empathy
