Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience in school or educational settings highly desirable

• Demonstrated skill in working with students exhibiting challenging behaviors, including aggression
• Patience, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset essential for success
• Confident communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral support to a student within a GNETS classroom
• Assist with de-escalating behaviors and safely manage aggression using approved strategies
• Implement individualized behavior plans under supervision of clinical and educational staff
• Track progress and document behavioral data with attention to detail
• Collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and support teams
