Key Experience & Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Previous school or pediatric experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Ability to collect and maintain accurate data on student progress
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and other specialists
  • Compassionate, patient, and adaptable with diverse student populations

Core Duties Include:

  • Conducting one-on-one or small group ABA sessions under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Supporting the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Assisting with the development of social skills, communication, and independence in students
  • Accurately documenting session notes and behavioral data
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing insights on student progress and program adjustments
  • Collaborating with classroom staff to create a consistent behavioral support environment
