Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
• Previous experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to assigned students
• Collect and track data on student behaviors and progress
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and support staff
• Foster positive relationships and encourage skill development in children and adolescents
• Aid in the implementation of IEPs and individualized behavior plans
• Maintain confidentiality and support a safe learning environment
