Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience providing ABA services to children, preferably in a school setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff
- Effective communication and documentation abilities
- Adaptable and resourceful when responding to unique student needs
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a professional manner at all times
Responsibilities:
- Deliver ABA-based behavioral interventions in both individual and group settings
- Collect detailed and accurate data to track student progress
- Work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Assist with the implementation and ongoing modification of behavior intervention plans
- Provide support to teachers and staff in managing behavioral challenges within the classroom
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment where each student feels valued
