Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience providing ABA services to children, preferably in a school setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff
• Effective communication and documentation abilities
• Adaptable and resourceful when responding to unique student needs
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a professional manner at all times

Responsibilities:

• Deliver ABA-based behavioral interventions in both individual and group settings
• Collect detailed and accurate data to track student progress
• Work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Assist with the implementation and ongoing modification of behavior intervention plans
• Provide support to teachers and staff in managing behavioral challenges within the classroom
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment where each student feels valued
