Registered Behavior Technician - Kent, WA

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies as directed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Capacity for patience, empathy, professionalism, and flexibility in a dynamic school environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group behavior interventions, in accordance with treatment plans
• Collect, track, and record data to monitor student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistency across environments
• Adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of each student
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and training sessions as needed
• Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality at all times
