Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Prior experience working with children or adolescents, particularly in educational or behavioral settings, strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection methods
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with students, staff, and families
- Adaptable, reliable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
