Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Prior experience working with children or adolescents, particularly in educational or behavioral settings, strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection methods
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with students, staff, and families
  • Adaptable, reliable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record behavioral data to monitor student progress
  • Support students in classrooms and throughout the school environment to enhance learning and social-emotional skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistent implementation of strategies
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards in every interaction
