Elementary 1:1 Registered Behavior Technician - Killington, VT

In this contract role, you will provide dedicated 1:1 support to children with varying needs, fostering their growth and development in a school environment.

What You Bring:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience supporting students in elementary, middle, or high school settings
• Proven ability to implement behavior intervention strategies in a 1:1 context
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
• Adaptability in responding to different student needs and school environments

Your Impact:

• Deliver 1:1 applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to students with diverse needs
• Follow individualized education and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and record ongoing data to monitor student progress
• Support classroom management and create a positive learning environment
• Collaborate with school-based teams to ensure consistency in student support
• Engage with parents and caregivers to share progress and strategies
