Registered Behavior Technician | King George, VA | School-Based Contract

We're partnering with a school district in the King George area seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for a full-time contract assignment. This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about helping students build academic, behavioral, and social skills in a supportive educational environment.

Schedule:

• Full-Time

• Monday-Friday

• School-Day Hours

School Year:

• 2026-2027

Responsibilities:

• Support students with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral needs

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision

• Collect and document behavioral data to monitor student progress

• Assist with classroom instruction, transitions, and daily routines

• Utilize crisis prevention and intervention techniques when necessary

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must meet Virginia fingerprinting and child abuse registry requirements

• School or pediatric ABA experience preferred
