Registered Behavior Technician in Kingsland, TX

The hours for this position are 7:15 AM to 3:15 PM, allowing for a consistent routine and strong rapport-building.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working in a school setting, especially with elementary-aged students
• SAMA certification (required for de-escalation and behavior intervention)
• Understanding of supporting GT students and those demonstrating attention-seeking behaviors
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and collect data
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and student dignity

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 behavior support to a 3rd grade GT student during the school day
