This full-time, contract opportunity is based near Knoxville, TN and offers the chance to utilize your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a dynamic school setting.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification or RBT credential
  • Experience working with students with disabilities, ideally in K-12 settings
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in behavioral intervention and data collection
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with students, families, and staff
  • Collaborative approach to working within multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to fostering positive, inclusive learning environments
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and functional analyses as appropriate
  • Create, implement, and oversee individualized intervention plans to address student needs
  • Train and support school staff and teachers in delivering behavioral strategies and collecting accurate data
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions to meet ongoing student needs
  • Collaborate closely with educators, specialists, and parents to ensure alignment on student programming and goals
  • Prioritize least restrictive environment outcomes for students, promoting independence and inclusion
  • Maintain detailed records and compliance documentation
