Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Prior experience working with children or youth, especially in educational or special needs environments
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy principles
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
  • Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting student needs
  • Ability to follow individualized behavior intervention plans with professionalism and confidentiality

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement one-on-one or small group ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and record data to track student progress and intervention efficacy
  • Support teachers and administrators by modeling behavioral intervention strategies
  • Foster a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment
  • Maintain clear documentation and report on student behaviors and intervention outcomes
  • Participate in training, supervision, and meetings as required to ensure consistent quality of care
