Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active RBT certification with knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Experience providing behavioral interventions in educational environments is strongly preferred
• Ability to collect and record data on student behaviors consistently and accurately
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
• Dedication to professionalism, discretion, and maintaining confidentiality
• Passion for supporting children and adolescents with unique behavioral needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and group ABA services under supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and track progress
• Collaborate with teachers and school personnel to create positive learning environments
• Accurately document behavioral data and provide timely updates
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to student progress discussions
• Support the development of social, emotional, and academic skills in students
