Key Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification required
  • Previous experience as an RBT, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
  • Familiarity with implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) protocols
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Capacity for compassionate, patient, and consistent student interactions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families
  • Adherence to ethical and confidentiality guidelines

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 or small group ABA therapy to students in accordance with Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Accurately record and document behavioral data and progress
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), educational staff, and families
  • Support the implementation of behavioral interventions within classroom and school settings
  • Attend team meetings and participate in training/professional development
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment to encourage student growth
