Registered Behavior Technician - Laconia, NH

This contract opportunity is ideal for a nurturer and advocate committed to evidence-based behavioral support, working closely with a single student in a half-day, one-on-one setting. Your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will help shape a positive and productive school experience for a young learner at a pivotal time.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
• Experience providing behavioral support in a school or pediatric setting
• Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with students, teachers, and families
• Compassionate, patient, and consistent in approach with children

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct one-on-one ABA therapy and support to a student transitioning back into the school environment
• Implement individualized strategies to promote emotional regulation, positive behavior, and social engagement
• Track and document session data, making daily observations to inform team decisions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and BCBA supervisor to adjust programming
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere conducive to achievement and growth
