Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior support for a student transitioning back into school
• Implement behavior plans and support strategies
• Collect data and communicate progress with the school team
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and related service providers
• Help promote a safe, structured, and positive learning environment

Requirements

• Active RBT certification
• School-based or pediatric behavior support experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable working 1:1 with students in a school setting
