Key Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure (if required)
  • Experience in school settings (elementary, middle, or high school preferred)
  • Skill in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Comfortable working 1:1 with students with a range of needs
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt and remain patient in dynamic educational environments

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral interventions under the supervision of board-certified behavior analysts and school-based teams
  • Implement and track individualized behavior management programs with fidelity
  • Record, monitor, and report on student progress and responses to interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to foster a supportive learning environment
  • Assist with data collection and participate in regular team meetings to discuss student goals and strategies
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school district guidelines and professional standards
