Qualifications and Experience:
- Active RBT certification and state licensure
- Experience working within school settings (elementary, middle, or high school)
- Proficiency delivering 1:1 supports for students with diverse behavioral needs
- Ability to implement and monitor behavior intervention plans as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts or school-based teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varied needs of a school community
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to assigned students throughout the school day
- Collect data and track student progress towards individualized goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and related service staff to reinforce learning and behavior strategies
