Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Current state licensure as required
• Experience working within elementary, middle, or high school settings preferred
• Passion for supporting children and adolescents in one-on-one or small-group environments
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency and compassion

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students in collaboration with classroom teachers and special education staff
• Follow and implement behavior intervention plans as developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Collect accurate and detailed data on student progress
• Assist in developing students’ social, academic, and behavioral skills
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing behavior planning discussions
• Maintain a supportive and structured learning space for students
