1:1 Elementary Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Lake Oswego, Oregon

Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification
• State licensure in good standing, as required
• Previous experience working in elementary, middle, or high school environments
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
• Confidence in providing 1:1 behavioral support
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Commitment to ethical practice and student confidentiality
• Flexibility and adaptability in varied school environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized support to students in accordance with IEPs and behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and other school staff
• Implement evidence-based behavioral strategies and track student progress
• Participate in team meetings to review student interventions and outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely data and session notes
• Assist in crisis prevention and intervention, as needed
• Foster positive, supportive relationships with students and school community members
