As a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll play an important part in supporting students through one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a welcoming educational setting. Key Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Previous experience with children is a plus, though not required
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if travel is necessary)
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and meet state requirements

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy to elementary students
  • Implement treatment plans crafted by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect session data and maintain thorough records
  • Support behavior reduction and skill-building programs
  • Communicate effectively with team members, caregivers, and supervisors
  • Participate in required trainings, supervision, and meetings
  • Uphold professional and ethical standards at all times
