  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing
  • Prior experience as an RBT in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong data collection, observational, and reporting skills
  • Ability to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques with fidelity
  • Demonstrated compassion and patience working with children and adolescents
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with staff, students, and families
  • Familiarity with IEPs and individualized student supports

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Follow individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans with consistency
  • Accurately collect data and document student progress on a daily basis
  • Participate actively in team meetings and provide feedback on program effectiveness
  • Support classroom management and maintain an engaging, safe learning environment
  • Respond promptly to challenging behaviors using approved de-escalation and reinforcement strategies
  • Liaise with school staff and caregivers to reinforce strategies across settings
