Key Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification required
  • Previous experience supporting children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder or similar behavioral needs in school or clinical settings
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educational staff, students, and families
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising BCBA
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct ABA therapy to students under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Collect data and accurately document student progress and behaviors
  • Support teachers and staff in managing classroom behaviors and fostering positive student interactions
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions as needed
  • Adapt interventions based on student response and supervisor input
  • Provide feedback and communicate regularly with families and school staff regarding student progress
