Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Experience providing behavioral support services to school-aged children
• Proficiency implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Comfort working onsite and engaging with students and school staff
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavioral interventions and skill development activities to students per individualized behavior plans
• Collaborate closely with a supervising Virtual BCBA to receive ongoing guidance and adjust strategies as needed
• Record and report student progress, maintaining clear, accurate data and notes according to established protocols
• Support a positive school environment through proactive, respectful engagement with students and team members
• Participate in virtual supervision sessions and team meetings as required
