Key Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Previous experience working with children or in educational settings preferred
  • Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teachers, students, and families
  • Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working within school environments
  • Ability to maintain accurate data collection and documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one or small group ABA therapy sessions as outlined in student treatment plans
  • Collect precise behavioral data and monitor student progress
  • Assist in developing and adapting intervention strategies based on team feedback
  • Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and educators during planning and review meetings
  • Support students’ social, academic, and behavioral goals within classroom settings
  • Uphold a positive, safe, and consistent environment for all students
