Embark on a rewarding full-time contract opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or BCaBA supporting students within a dynamic educational environment near Lehighton, PA. This temporary assignment spans approximately 90 to 100 days, starting as soon as possible and providing a chance to make a meaningful impact on students during the school year.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in school settings, supporting children with autism, and will bring a passion for fostering growth and positive behavioral outcomes. While the specifics of your caseload will be discussed during the interview process, your expertise and adaptability will play a central role in student success.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active National Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or BCaBA
  • Demonstrated experience in a school environment, preferably with direct classroom involvement
  • Proven experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and data collection skills
  • Immediate availability for a short-term placement of 90-100 days
  • Commitment to a full-time schedule for the duration of the assignment
  • Local candidates only; this position does not accommodate travelers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement evidence-based interventions in accordance with each student’s individualized education plan (IEP)
  • Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support students' behavioral and academic goals
  • Monitor, record, and report student progress and respond adaptively to changing needs
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere for all students
