Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Valid professional license in the state
  • Experience supporting children or adolescents in educational settings, preferably in schools
  • Comfortable working with students in elementary, middle, and high school environments
  • Skilled in providing direct 1:1 behavioral interventions and collecting data
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one behavior intervention services to students across various grade levels
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and special education staff to implement behavior intervention plans
  • Accurately document session notes and track student progress
  • Use evidence-based practices to support students’ academic and behavioral goals
  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings as required by the school
  • Maintain a supportive, respectful, and structured learning environment for each student
