Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Leominster, Massachusetts

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working in a school setting or with children is highly valued
• Ability to implement and follow behavior intervention plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral interventions and support to students as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and accurately record behavioral data to help shape strategies for student growth
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school personnel to foster a supportive classroom environment
• Provide feedback and progress updates to supervising clinicians and educational staff
• Assist with social, emotional, and behavioral skills development in line with individualized plans
• Uphold professional and ethical standards in every interaction
