What You'll Do:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions using evidence-based strategies
• Collect and maintain accurate data to track student progress
• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Support and reinforce positive behaviors to facilitate learning and classroom engagement
• Communicate regularly with supervising staff and participate in team meetings
