Qualifications & Experience
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision
- Excellent communication, observation, and data collection skills
- Collaborative team player, open to feedback and ongoing learning
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA-based interventions to students as directed by supervising BCBA or other licensed professional
- Assist in implementing individualized education and behavior plans
- Accurately collect and record behavioral data throughout sessions
- Support teachers and staff with behavior management strategies
- Provide one-on-one or small group support within classrooms or therapeutic settings
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
- Maintain confidentiality and a high standard of professionalism at all times
