Qualifications & Experience

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational setting
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision
  • Excellent communication, observation, and data collection skills
  • Collaborative team player, open to feedback and ongoing learning

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver ABA-based interventions to students as directed by supervising BCBA or other licensed professional
  • Assist in implementing individualized education and behavior plans
  • Accurately collect and record behavioral data throughout sessions
  • Support teachers and staff with behavior management strategies
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support within classrooms or therapeutic settings
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
  • Maintain confidentiality and a high standard of professionalism at all times
