  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping students thrive

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing classroom needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out one-on-one or small group ABA sessions with students, following prescribed behavior plans
  • Collect accurate and timely behavioral data
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, school staff, and families
  • Assist in developing and reinforcing positive behavioral supports
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
  • Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment for diverse learners
