Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in school settings

Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with students to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Track, record, and report student behaviors and progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic and behavioral success
- Assist in developing social, communication, and functional living skills in students
- Adapt intervention strategies as guided by BCBA and educational team
