Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in school settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with students to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Track, record, and report student behaviors and progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic and behavioral success
  • Assist in developing social, communication, and functional living skills in students
  • Adapt intervention strategies as guided by BCBA and educational team
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture
