Registered Behavior Technician in Lincolnshire, IL

Seeking a dedicated professional passionate about supporting young learners as a Registered Behavior Technician. In this contract opportunity, you'll work 1:1 with students in kindergarten through 2nd grade, playing a critical role in their educational and personal growth. Your day will run from 7:45 am to 2:45 pm, providing a consistent schedule that allows you to make a lasting impact.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
• Experience working with elementary-age children, preferably in school settings
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with young students
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine commitment to helping children succeed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized behavioral interventions and support to assigned students
• Collect and document data to track student progress and guide behavioral goals
• Implement strategies designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collaborate closely with classroom staff and other professionals to foster a positive environment
• Actively participate in team meetings and share insight to enhance student outcomes
• Assist with daily routines and transitions in the school environment
