Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Solid understanding of ABA principles and data collection methods
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with staff and students
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy and behavioral support to students as directed in their treatment plans
  • Assist with the implementation of behavior intervention strategies under supervisor guidance
  • Monitor and track student progress, recording precise data and responding to instructional feedback
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and BCBA supervisors
  • Provide ongoing reinforcement of positive behaviors and help students build important life skills
  • Maintain detailed documentation in line with school and regulatory standards
