Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Livonia, Michigan

Schools in the region are seeking two dedicated full-time RBTs to provide essential support to students for the remainder of the school year, starting as soon as possible. You'll play a key role in implementing behavior intervention plans and working closely with students, educators, and support staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Prior experience supporting children or adolescents within an educational or clinical setting
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, school staff, and families
• Strong communication, observation, and data-collection skills
• Capable of following behavior intervention plans and working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Flexibility and commitment to full-time hours through end of the school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions as outlined by student-specific plans
• Accurately collect data on student progress and behaviors
• Participate in team meetings and communicate progress to supervising BCBAs and teachers
• Support students’ social, emotional, and academic growth within the classroom and throughout the school day
• Work proactively with school personnel to promote a positive learning environment
