Registered Behavior Technician in Livonia, MI

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Experience providing ABA therapy in school or pediatric settings is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group ABA therapy to students, following behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on students’ progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other support staff to ensure consistency across settings.
• Participate in team meetings and share observations and recommendations regarding student progress.
• Support classroom environments by providing proactive strategies for managing behaviors.
