Position Details:

• Two openings available: • 1:1 assignment with an elementary student, 37.5 hours per week • ASD classroom support, 37.5 hours per week

Your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician will help create a supportive and engaging learning environment for students with varying needs. Collaborate with passionate educators and a multidisciplinary team, ensuring each child reaches their highest potential.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience working with children in school or clinical settings preferred
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt strategies based on individual student needs
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group ABA therapy to students
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Accurately collect and record behavioral data
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families
• Attend meetings and contribute to IEP discussions when needed
• Support students’ social, emotional, and academic growth within the classroom
