Two dedicated positions are available, each offering 37.5 hours per week. One role focuses on providing 1:1 behavioral support in an elementary school setting, while the second involves working directly in an ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) classroom. Both positions play a vital role in nurturing positive student outcomes and supporting individualized academic and behavioral growth.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
  • Previous experience in school settings or working with children/adolescents with ASD preferred
  • Strong understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and ethical standards
  • Compassionate demeanor, patience, and keen observation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families
  • Reliable time management and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 or small group behavioral interventions according to student treatment plans
  • Track student progress and systematically collect data for ongoing assessment
  • Implement strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Foster a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
  • Support social, emotional, and academic development tailored to student needs
  • Communicate effectively with staff and families about progress or concerns
  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance with all school policies
