What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT certification, comfortable working within a school environment
• Experience supporting students or youth in an educational or behavioral health setting
• Genuine empathy, patience, and a calm demeanor suited to providing standby emotional support
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to shifting needs throughout the week
• Comfortable providing both academic and career support, including travel with the student to offsite programs and internships
• Reliable transportation and willingness to accompany students on district transit

Role Highlights & Responsibilities:

• Monday–Thursday: Begin each morning at the high school, ride with the student on the district bus to the Impact Academy in Dover, NH, and offer companionship and support during the commute. In the afternoons, provide light academic assistance, mainly focused on History.
• Friday: Accompany the student to a 5-hour car detailing internship for supportive presence; if support isn't required on-site, assist with flexible tasks back at the high school.
• Contribute to a positive and encouraging environment, fostering the student’s independence and wellbeing.
• Maintain professional communication and collaborate with educators and staff.
